Stock Pick Battle Royale!

To keep with the stock market theme of the day, Stock Trading 101 has a little stock picking contest between various blog owners. Yours truly has been asked to pick 2 stocks for the current week. Here are the picks and contestants so far, wish me luck!

CONTESTANT PICKS

Here are our contestant picks (note that the initial stock price for each pick is based off of Friday March 23rds 4:00 PM close):

Jim KingslandL J International (JADE) and Dendreon (DNDN). Jim’s pick are definitely volatile, and also to note is that Jim called a Straddle on DNDN, so since I didn’t say anything in the rules about picking a straddle, as long as DNDN moves one way or the other he will see green (nice one Jim!)

InvestoidEdwards A G (AGE) and Red Hat (RHT).

Frugal TraderJohnson & Johnson (JNJ) and Google (GOOG).

DerrichBraskem (BAK) and Yahoo (YHOO).

WendyAdobe Systems (ADBE) and ??? Wendy wanted her 2nd pick to be a green-energy type company (solar, hydrogen, etc.) but didn’t know of any off the top of her head (I can’t name too many either). So, instead we are going to DOUBLE whatever results that turn out for ADBE, make it happen Wendy!

Needless to say, I’m going to win. ;) Go GOOG!

We all know that Indian stock market has become volatile now a days. One day

its going up and another day its coming down. So we all should like to know
what is the reason for it.
Well We say its the game of FII how they direct the market. They have huge

money with them they can direct any share as per there needs and requirement.
    Now its a alarming time.
