This is a powerful solution for many situations. However! The warning about the capital gains exmpention is *huge* and is a big stumbling block for this solution. For those who've already used up their exemption, it makes sense, but for those who haven't - you're probably better off running a business that doesn't attract painful liabilities. Great article.
