I would like to find a simple Agreement/ prospectus for a small Prospecting/ mining operation in NB, Canada.
We would like to sell Flow- through shares.

Champlain Resources just anounced a non-brokerd Flow Through Share arrangement on Dec 6, 2010 that should be complete by Dec 31. This company has some phenomenal resource assays at their Gordon Lake and Laird Lake properties.

What sad advice – which I listened to and bought $10,000 worth of 2007 CMP Resource LP shares. Now worth $3600 (or less than 40% original investment) !!!
Why did the 2007 do so poorly? sounds like profit taking scam to me……
