  4. Thanks man. My $20 giveaway is over, and today I am running a contest on who can guess the NASDAQ closing price in two weeks time. If you want to team up with me on it lemme know, Add $20 to mine for the winner and we should get some decent traffic. Shoot me an email if you are interested, and either way have a good one dude!

  5. What kind of interest do those short funds pay?

  6. FF7: These short etf’s do not pay any interest. They basically are “bear” market ETF’s where they are the inverse of the index. Not something a beginner would want to get into.

Investing money in one or the other thing is good but it should be invested in such things which have no risk. Most of the people invest their money in stocks, mutual funds etc. Both the things have risk involved in it, but one more option is open for them. They can invest their money real estate.

Most of the people are not aware of the secret IRS Code. Through this route one can invest his/her IRS funds in real estate without ever going to the bank(depending on the need and the total amount accumulated though) thereby
    avoiding the costly loans.

So invest your IRA in real estate and get benefits. Want to take more information on IRA Investment in real estate than visit http://www.wealthyira.com/seminar.php
